    --- VÁLTOZÁS A MODERÁLÁSBAN ---

A források, hírek preferáltak.

Implementation of this proposed sale will require multiple trips by U.S. Government representatives and the assignment of contractor representatives to United Kingdom on an intermittent basis over the life of the case to support delivery and integration of items and to provide supply support management, inventory control and equipment familiarization. There will be one (1) U.S. Government representative and three (3) U.S. contractor representatives in the UK full-time for the duration of the case.

There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

This notice of a potential sale is required by law. The description and dollar value is for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded. "

The Defense Department officially abandoned the effort to pursue a nuclear sea-launched cruise missile, according to the Nuclear Posture Review unveiled today.

The SLCM-N initiative, which received support from the Joint Chiefs and U.S. Strategic Command, was found to be of “zero value” in the most recent U.S. nuclear weapons review, a senior defense official told reporters in a Thursday briefing.

The United States will stop developing nuclear-armed sea launched cruise missiles

Ennek meg mi értelme volt? A Tomahawk hajó elleni rakéta.
???????
Túl sok a pénzük?

Rátolják a meglévő swt pikkpakk.
A pénzügyi része neg ilyen, amikor a politikusok és a kivitelező cég telefonál:

Netherlands expect Tomahawk on LCF frigates from 2027, with tests in 2024 or 2025. Interestingly they also want Tomahawk on Walrus SSK, but that would cost extra money for adaption, as torpedo tube-launched Tomahawk are not currently in production.
