Mivel kizárható, hogy a hazai sajtó, vagy mainstream szakértők többletinformációval rendelkezzenek a fórumhoz képest a Wagner katonai magánvállalat oroszországi műveletével kapcsolatban, így kiegészítő szabály lép érvénybe a topik színvonalának megőrzése, javítása érdekében:

Gondolom, "elozo Gripen" alatt az A/B/C/D-t érted. Azokból nem vett Brazília, csak az E/F-ből. Így marad mindhárom gép esetében 4-4-4 üzemeltető a gyártó országokon kívül.

"Saab has received an order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration, FMV, to provide future development support for Gripen from April 1, 2021 to December 31, 2022. The total order value is SEK 998 million.
The order is an extension of an existing contract and enables the future development of Gripen for the Swedish Air Force and other Gripen users around the world. The contract includes the operating and support of test aircraft and advanced tools such as testing rigs and simulators. Test aircraft together with these advanced tools are used in the verification and validation of Gripen C/D and Gripen E fighter systems as Saab develops future new capabilities or enhancements. "

Amennyire én ismerem a lízing jogi fogalmát, az alapján a nálunk lévő Gripenek még mindig svédek. Vagyis akkor lesznek csak magyarok ha kifizetjük őket.
Innentől kezdve az USA alkatrész svéd repülőbe kerül, amit a svéd fél üzemeltet. Nem pedig magyar gépbe kerül az alkatrész.
Csak földrajzilag vannak itt a gépek

At the option of the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets, UTC shall enter into a supply agreement to supply machined parts, including machined housings for AC generators and accessory gearboxes for the SAAB Gripen (JAS 39), sufficient to meet the needs identified by the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets. The terms and conditions of any contractual arrangement intended to satisfy this provision must be reasonably related to market conditions for these products. The terms and conditions of any such supply agreement shall be subject to the approval of the United States, in its sole discretion. At the option of the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets, the portion of this supply agreement relating to the accessory gearboxes may remain in effect so long as any SAAB Gripen (JAS 39) is in service. The portion of this supply agreement relating to the machined housings for the AC generators and any other products covered shall not be longer than one year. The United States, in its sole discretion, may approve an extension of the term of the portion of this supply agreement relating the machined housings for the AC generators and any other products covered to for a period of up to one year. If the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets seeks an extension of the term of this supply agreement, it shall so notify the United States in writing at least four months prior to the date the supply agreement expires. If the United States approves such an extension, it shall so notify the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets in writing at least three months prior to the date the supply agreement expires. A kérdés az, hogy a svédek balfaszok-e és, hogy mit mernek vagy nem mernek megtenni?
Mert én svédként kérhetek 3 db póthajtóművet mondjuk a Svéd légierő számára.
Azok megérkeznek svédországba, aztán tovább küldik Magyarországra, miközben papíron a svéd raktárban csücsül az árú.
Vagy akár leselejteznek 3 db régi hajtóművet, beírják megsemmisítésre, de közben kicserélik az új hajtóműveket a régivel. Megsemmisités meg nincs, mennek az új hajtóművek "ócskavasként" Magyarországra.

Nem, nem igy van. Ahhoz kell a politikai-jogi dontes moge, esetunkben a kongresszusi fedezes (mas orszagnal lehet pl terrorizmus tamogato listara helyezes, akarmi.) Nem diktaturaban elunk itt, minden dontest meg kell indokolni.

US companies, including subcontractors on the Gripen, have been barred from dealing with Armscor since it was found guilty of sanctions busting and unauthorised re-export of US technology during the United Nations arms embargo against apartheid South Africa.
The US state department says that Armscor's debarment will be lifted when the agency demonstrates that it has established internal processes complying with US export rules. "We're headed that way, but we're not there yet," says the department. Industry sources say that a deal is close and was expected to be completed during a visit to South Africa by US vice-president Al Gore, postponed because of the tension over Iraq.
US president Bill Clinton is still scheduled to visit South Africa in March. US fighter manufacturers, meanwhile, are preparing to seek approval to market their aircraft to South Africa immediately Armscor's debarment is lifted.
South Africa has shortlisted three aircraft for its combat aircraft requirement: the Dassault Mirage 2000, Daimler-Benz Aerospace's proposed AT2000 and the Gripen.
Saab and marketing partner BAe have previously received assurances from the US Government that the Gripen would be allowed to compete on equal terms with the Boeing F-18 and Lockheed Martin F-16 in countries for which the US companies have been granted export licences.

FYI ugyanezt csinaltak a norveg tender alatt, a danoknal gyakorlatilag lehallgatta a dan kormanyt es lepasszolt az infot a Lockheednek es a svajciak sejtese szerint naluk is lehallgatjak ill probalja lehallgatni oket az NSA.
