Most kezdem el a rajomnak a holnapi összeröffenèsre:
Kèt őz lapocka egyben, 3napja pácolva, be a tepsibe (egyedileg gyártott a kemencèhez) alá 2üveg fehèrbor, 2fej fokhagyma, 1.5kg vöröshagyma, a lapockába 80deka szalonna befűzve, rozmaring ágak, kemence felfűtve, tepsire rárakva a teteje, marad benn holnap délelőtt 10-11ig.
Addigra kèsz a kovászos kenyèr is...
Egyszerű vegán kaja prosztó vegánoknak.

30-án a gyerekeknél voltam délutánig. sokat ettem, finomakat! Még hazaértem, rosszul lettem. Mentő. A cukrom 6-ról 19-re ugrott. Hajnali kettőig az Uzsoki SBO vendégelt meg két üveg infúzióval, majd hajnali 2-kor hazaértem :). Jól végződött az év... :)
