De ezek a japánok már csak ilyenek.
Az, hogy kesztyű nélkül löki be a forró csőbe a cuccot igen érdekes munkavédelmi húzásnak tűnik nekem. Én nem merném.

The M110 Howitzer, one of the largest American self-propelled guns, was developed in the 1950s to fulfill the U.S. Army's need for air-transportable heavy artillery.
Entering production in 1962, it featured a lightweight hull and a powerful 8-inch cannon capable of firing both conventional and nuclear projectiles, with a maximum range of nearly 18,400 yards. Notable for its accuracy, the M110 excelled in the Vietnam War, performing counter-battery operations and direct fire support. Despite its success, it faced challenges, including limited range compared to smaller artillery pieces. A modernization program led to the M110A1, which was further refined into the M110A2, enhancing its reliability and recoil management. The M110A2 served in significant conflicts, including the Gulf War, but began to show its age against newer artillery systems. Retired in 1994 after 31 years of service, the M110A2 remains a symbol of American artillery innovation and effectiveness.

Potential Operators:

The Standing Committee on Armament Programs and Contracts of the Hellenic Parliament was informed of this intention on 29 September, and approved it. This was preceded by a meeting of the Council of Chiefs of General Staff (CGS) on 9 September, in which a positive opinion of the competent councils of the General Staff of the Army (GS) was taken into account and the characterization of the material to be made available as Non-Operationally Necessary Military Equipment (NOPE) was approved.

It is analytically about:
● 60 M110A2 self-propelled howitzers with an estimated value of at least €31,219,000.
● 50,000 high explosive (HE) M106 projectiles with M2 charge, for a minimum amount of €41.5 million.
● 40,000 M650 long-range explosive rocket-assisted (HERA) projectiles with M188A1 warhead, estimated to be worth at least €60 million.
● 30,000 M404 ICM (Improved Conventional Munition) grenade launchers with M188A1 charge, for a minimum amount of €33 million.
● 30,000 M509A1 DPICM dual-use bombs with M188A1 warhead, with a minimum estimated value of €33.6 million.

(The "package" is complemented by a quantity of 2.75-inch caliber rockets and 5-inch ZUNI rockets, which have been retired from the Air Force.)

The total value of the material is set at €199,348,000 and for this purpose an interstate agreement was to be signed with the Czech Republic, one of the countries designated to channel war material to the warring Ukraine.

...
Alternatively, the material may be exchanged for materials - ammunition of equal value, so in this case there will probably be announcements about deliveries from the Czech Republic, which will cover the needs of the General Staff.
