A hírek szerint szept. 6-án hajnalban indították a Bulavát (pont akkor amikor a G20 csoport találkozoja volt Szent-Péterváron) , és ezzel akartak uzenni a világnak egyes hírek szerint. A sikertelen tesztrol csak szombaton reggel informáltak.....

És abban a Bulava nagyon nem remekelt eddig.
