Az új török MMT-76 géppuska 250 ezer lövést adott le

Törökország befejezte az új MMT-76 géppuska minősítését, amely 250.000 lövéssel átment a hosszú távú teszteken.
A Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi (MKE) arról számolt be, hogy a munkát a Védelmi Ipari Titkársággal közösen végezték, figyelembe véve a török fegyveres erők igényeit.
Az MMT (Modern Makineli Tüfek) géppuska 7,62×51 mm kaliberű.
A vállalat megjegyezte, hogy a minta sikeresen teljesítette a 40 tesztet a NATO szabványai szerint, és csak 8 kg súlyú, így könnyebb, mint a társai.
A géppuskát először 2021-ben vezették be az elavult MG-3 helyettesítésére, amelyet Törökországban német licenc alatt gyártottak.

RPL-7 7.62mm Light Machine Gun

The RPL-7 7.62mm light belt-fed machine gun (LMG) is designed to engage manpower, weapon systems and soft-skin vehicles at ranges of up to 800 m. The LMG fires 7.62x39 ammunition.
Owing to its design features and detachable rails, the RPL-7 can be fitted with various sights and gun accessories. The LMG is fully ambidextrous. The machine gun can be complemented with a sound suppressor, tactical gun sling, bipod and front grip.
