Szerintem jovahagyas utan mar nem tudja az amerikai kongressus az alkatreszutanpotlast blokkolni, ez sokkal fontosabb, mint a vasarlas (hiszen ez utobbi egyetlen dontes, az elobbi kb 20 eves idotartam barmelyik honapjaban gond lehet).

Ha jól emlékszem, minden tendernél a Gripen győzelme után született meg az amerikai jóváhagyás az amerikai alkatrészek Gripenbe építve történő svéd továbbexportálhatóságáról.

A latin-amerikai országok meg gyorsan ki fogják matekozni, hogy megéri-e szembe menni a trumpista USA-val...

SAAB-nak meg a lehető legnagyobb mértékben amcsi-menetesítenie kell az új gyártású Gripeneket. Pl. európai hajtóművet bele - ha van elég potenciális megrendelő akkor megérheti 1-2 évet rászánni erre a fejlesztésre.

Egyetértek! Szerintem, ha nagyon nyomja ezt a politikát, úgy közelebb fog tolni sok országot Kínához, akik ki is fogják használni ezt. Ez Latin-Amerikában különösen esélyes.

Bemyndigande att ingå avtal om JAS 39 E/F

Regeringens förslag:
Regeringen bemyndigas att ingå avtal med Peru om försäljning av upp till 12 stycken JAS 39 E/F samt därtill hörande luftförsvarssystem.

Skälen för regeringens förslag:
Peru överväger att ersätta sina stridsflygplan med JAS 39 E/F. För att tillgodose Perus krav på en mellanstatlig affär föreslås riksdagen bemyndiga regeringen att ingå avtal med Peru om försäljning av upp till 12 stycken JAS 39 E/F samt därtill hörande luftförsvarssystem. Det innebär att den svenska staten åtar sig att beställa och leverera stridsflygplan och övrig offererad utrustning och verksamhet. Intäkterna från försäljningen ska täcka statens kostnader.

Azt hiszem, felre ertettel: az igazi szivas az, ha valaki megvesz egy repulot, kifizeti, hadrendbe allitja, majd egyszercsak nem tudja hasznalni.
Szerintem ilyen veszelyt nem jelent az amerikai kongresszus a Gripennel, mikozben az F-35 eseteben gyorsan el tudjak vagni a logisztikat.

Azzal eddig is egyetertettem, hogy magat a kezdeti repulogepertekesitest meg tudja akadalyozni az USA.

Ha jól értelmezem a jóváhagysokat, van olyan Gripen alkatrész, amelyiknek évente újabb egy évre történik a jóváhagyása.

Ezt pl. 2012-ben írták:
"At the option of the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets, UTC shall enter into a supply agreement to supply machined parts, including machined housings for AC generators and accessory gearboxes for the SAAB Gripen (JAS 39), sufficient to meet the needs identified by the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets. The terms and conditions of any contractual arrangement intended to satisfy this provision must be reasonably related to market conditions for these products. The terms and conditions of any such supply agreement shall be subject to the approval of the United States, in its sole discretion. At the option of the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets, the portion of this supply agreement relating to the accessory gearboxes may remain in effect so long as any SAAB Gripen (JAS 39) is in service. The portion of this supply agreement relating to the machined housings for the AC generators and any other products covered shall not be longer than one year. The United States, in its sole discretion, may approve an extension of the term of the portion of this supply agreement relating the machined housings for the AC generators and any other products covered to for a period of up to one year. If the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets seeks an extension of the term of this supply agreement, it shall so notify the United States in writing at least four months prior to the date the supply agreement expires. If the United States approves such an extension, it shall so notify the Acquirer of the Electrical Power Divestiture Assets in writing at least three months prior to the date the supply agreement expires. "
