A hírek szerint közel a megegyezés a Rheinmetall és a Romanian Military Vehicle Systems vállalatok közösen (50-50%) fognak fejleszteni és gyártani Agilis néven egy új 8x8-as IFV-t.

Ahogy elnézem a járműnek több féle változatát tervezik

A hírek arról szólnak hogy első körben 400 járművet terveznek építeni hogy ki lenne ezeknek a vásárlója nincs utalás a cikkben, de több mint valószínű hogy a Román hadseregre gondoltak.
A járművek szállítása 2020-ban kezdődne és a Román gyártónál maradna a járművek szervízelése is legalább 2055-ig
Szó van róla hogy a Moreni üzemben az IFV-ken kívül gyártanának katonai teher járműveket, fegyvereket (30 mm-es gépágyúkat) is harmadik fél részére.
A tervek alapján nekem úgy tűnik hogy az IFV változatú járműre a Rheinmetall LANCE 30mm - es tornyát szánják.
Ahogy elnézem a Románok már valamilyen stádiumban vannak az alváz tervezésével (legalább is ezek a képek szerintem már az új jármű alvázának a tesztjeit mutatják)

Múltkor a visszajelzésekben már kértem de most itt is megismételném: nem lehetne újra megnyitni a Románia topicot. Szerintem ezek a hírek sokkal inkább oda valók.

A fo problema, hogy az Agilis sosem letezett igazan.
A roman MoD mar erolkodott egy korabbi, eleg boxy designon 2000 ota, ami uszokepes lett volna:

Legyen igazad! De én amit eddig olvastam róla, nekem az jött le, hogy párhuzamos üzemeltetést terveztek.Szerintem erre utal az is, hogy mindössze két hónap különbséggel köttöttek szerződést a két gyártóval.

Developments are a lot clearer when it comes to wheeled APCs for the Romanian Land Forces. Two programs are being developed for the acquisition and manufacturing of armored personnel carriers.

The first and most advanced program is the acquisition of Piranha V armored personnel carriers from General Dynamics European Land Systems (GDELS). Romania contracted 227 vehicles for € 895 million[14] of which 30 vehicles will be produced in Switzerland and 197 in Romania at Uzina Mecanică București (UMB).[15] The first vehicles have been delivered in November 2018[16] and are undergoing type certification before being formerly accepted into service. According to former defense minister Mihai Fifor, by the end of 2018-early 2019, the first 36 vehicles should have been delivered,[17] but the program may be facing delays due to troubles with the UT-30 Mk 2 turrets. Elbit, the manufacturer of the turrets, explained that the late delivery of 30 mm Mk 44 Bushmaster cannons by its U.S. supplier affected the performance of its product during trials.[18] Current defense minister Gabriel Leș warned GDELS that it may impose financial penalties if it does not deliver on time the first batch of 36 vehicles.[19] Piranha V APCs will equip the Romanian element of NATO’s Multinational Brigade South-East and the 81st Mechanized Brigade.[20]

The technology transfer that will allow UMB to produce and assemble Piranha V APCs will positively affect its capacity to produce and maintain armored vehicles. The decision of the Romanian government to modernize UMB indicates that in the future the factory may be involved in the production of heavier armored fighting vehicles.

Starting with 2020, Romania is set to acquire and produce a second type of wheeled APC called Agilis.[21] This project dates back to 2011 when the Defense Ministry and Automecanica Moreni began to design and manufacture a modern armored personnel carrier in order to replace the TAB/BTR series of APCs in service with the Romanian Land Forces.[22] The design efforts led to the manufacturing and testing of a vehicle hull[23], but it became evident that an engine and driveline solution were beyond the design and production capabilities of the Romanian defense industry.[24] Consequently, an international partner was sought.

Originally, in 2017, the Romanian government selected Rheinmettal Defence as the international partner in the program.[25] A joint venture was created – Romanian Military Vehicle Systems – which will design and produce 342 8×8 Agilis armored personnel carriers and derivatives (ambulance, command post, self-propelled mortar, engineer vehicle).[26] According to Rheinmettal, around 87% of the components necessary to build the Agilis APCs will be made in Romania.[27] Although the cost of the entire program has not been made public, an initial investment of € 230 million is expected from the Romanian government.[28]

Meg hát minek is okoskodnánk. Lynx esetén van értelme a dolognak, de a Boxer alternatívájaként nem fog SOHA SENKI a későbbiekben Agilist venni.

AGILIS 8x8 is an amphibious armored personnel carrier that will be developed by Romanian Military Vehicle Systems, a joint venture between Uzina Automecanica Moreni of Romania and Rheinmetall of Germany.
On june 14, 2017, Romanian Military Vehicle Systems (RMVS) was founded. The new company, a joint venture between Automecanica Moreni and Rheinmetall, will develop and manufacture the new AGILIS 8x8 armored personnel carrier.
Automecanica Moreni is a subsidiary of the state owned Romarm defence corporation. Romarm owns a research institute and 15 factories and is under the authority of Romanian Ministry of Economy.
Both the Romanian Ministry of Economy and the German Rheinmetal Landsysteme GmbH, will each hold 50% of RMVS share capital.
The new 8x8 wheeled APC will be developed and manufactured at the Automecanica Moreni plant. The intellectual property rights over the AGILIS armoured personnel carrier will be fully owned by the Romanian state.

Lehet, hogy a terveket eredetileg a RM birtokolta, de azt dobta bele a közös vállalatba. Ha ki is lép belőle (hosszú pereskedések után), akkor az még semmit sem jelent. Az a típus még demó járművekkel sem rendelkezik. Na az lenne csak az igazi huszárvágás, ha egy ilyen marhaságot - a fejlesztési költségek teljes kifizetésével - bevállalnánk. Ezzel pedig nagyjából egy olyan piacra akarnánk belépni, ahova maga a RM sem merte maga ráfejleszteni az Agilist. Te tényleg az AMV-vel, az ACV-vel meg a Pars-sal, és közvetve a Boxerrel akarsz versenyezni?

Addig rágódnak rajta, tervezgetnek meg "kelletik magukat".

Finally, the Romanian MoD has provided us with more clarity on the AGILIS project. The army was planning to acquire the armoured vehicle, with amphibious capabilities, developed by the joint venture between Rheinmetall and Uzina Automecanica Moreni. However, although the joint-venture was signed in 2016, there hasn’t been any substantial progress so far. According to the officials, the programme is in the substantiation phase. The decision on whether the AGILIS or another platform will be procured, will be taken in the future and the programme will run after the conclusion of the Piranha V APC deliveries.

A vicces ebben, hogy ehhez el kellett csapnium egy valag penzt es eveket, hogy egyaltalan rajojjenek, hogy keptelenek motort meg hajtast tervezni...ahhoz mennyire kell teljeen fogalmatlannak lennie egy egesz iparagnak (orszagnak? politikai-katonai vezetesnek?), hogy keptelen legyen felmerni par honapon belul, mindenfele kiserletezes nelkul, hogy hat igen, ehhez sem emberunk nincs, sem iparunk, se know-how nincs hozza, szoval nem kellene itt nagyon erolkodni, inkabb venni/licenszelni/terveztetni kellene bele valamit.

Plusz abban az időben az RM az Agilis terveztbe is a Liebherr V12 motort adta meg erőforrásként-és oláhok fele utaltak a motorkompatibilitás lehetőségére.(persze a 8x8ba egy gyengébb változatot irtak).

Ugyan, par papirrajznal sosem jutottak tovabb a bocskorosok.
A szokasos nagykepuskodes, elment 10 ev, es addig tartott rajonniuk, hogy se motort, se valtot, se semmit nem tudnak nemhogy tervezni, de meg gyartani sem, mert valojaban minden, amit az elmult 60 evben gyartottak, az pusztan licenszelt cucc volt, es mindegyik egy rakas szar volt minosegre az eredetikhez kepest (lasd mindent pl a hadiiparban, a BTR, a hk stb 'upgradejeiket'.)
Ekkor ugye kiderult, hogy mindenkeppen kulso es technologiai partner kell, de persze penzuk, mint rendesen, egyetlen buznyak nem volt, igy nemi felesleges energia elegetese utan a mar megkeresett RM szep komotosan pihenore tette oket, mondvan majd ha felmutattak barmennyi penzt, de nem zartak ki a romaniai befektetest...

Hát, a D9512 a legkisebb V12-es a Liebherr-nél, de én azt is erősen túlzásnak gondolnám egy gumikerekes APC/IFV-be... A V8-as D9508-ast sokkal inkább el tudnám képzelni, ha onnan kifejezetten egy V-elrendezésű motort akartak.
