4. Russia affirmed Syria’s stance that the US does not fire upon ISIS targets when it has a clear chance to do so.

Közel sem volt egységes a koalíció a Rakkából futni hagyott IÁ.-sok ügyében.Az usa. erőltette a többiekre és eltitkolta annak mértékét is.
Ilyen a "közös" megegyezés ezekben az ügyekben.Az oroszok még ennyi beleszólást sem kaptak.
