One will involve 12 units accompanied by the ATLAS fire command and control system, spare parts, and support services and equipment, delivered by 2028. The other will involve six additional units expected by 2030. Nearly €170 million will be invested to equip France with a modern artillery capability, the Ministry of Defense stated. This is the subject of a vast modernization program to be completed by 2040, an initiative currently under discussion, which includes efforts to increase indirect fire support for the period 2025-2031.

...Szlovénia Bulgáriával, Portugáliával, Horvátországgal, Észtországgal és Franciaországgal közösen hivatalosan is megrendelte a francia Nexter által gyártott, modern Caesar 155 mm-es 6×6 önjáró lövegrendszereket.
A szlovén védelmi minisztérium közleménye szerint az ország 2025 májusában módosította az eredetileg Horvátországgal, Észtországgal és Franciaországgal kötött keretmegállapodást. A módosítás lehetővé tette Szlovénia, Bulgária és Portugália csatlakozását a közös Caesar-megrendeléshez, megerősítve ezzel a részt vevő országok elkötelezettségét a tüzérségi eszközök korszerűsítése mellett.

A szlovén védelmi minisztérium szerint az ország 12 darab Caesar rendszert kap első körben 2028-ig, felderítő berendezésekkel és az ATLAS tüzérségi információs rendszerrel együtt. A megrendelés összértéke 87 millió euró, adók nélkül. A tervezés alatt álló második tétel további 6 darabot tartalmazna 2030-ig.

Az utolsó hat francia 155 mm-es Caesar önjáró tarack egy hete érkezett meg Észtországba tengeri úton. Az első hat darabot ebből a megrendelésből 2025 januárjának végén szállították le.
Észtország a Védelmi Minisztérium Állami Védelmi Beruházási Központján (RKIK) keresztül 12 Caesar tarackot rendelt a KNDS-től. Az üzletet a francia Védelmi Minisztérium Fegyverzeti Főigazgatósága (DGA) közvetítette és biztosította. A DGA, amely hivatalosan képviseli a francia államot a francia fegyverekre vonatkozó nemzetközi szerződésekben, és garantálja a műszaki specifikációkat, az engedélyeket és a szállítás minőségét, annak köszönhetően tudta biztosítani az észt megrendelés gyors végrehajtását, hogy a Caesar tarackok ugyanolyan konfigurációban vannak, mint a francia hadsereg számára – Arquus Sherpa 5 (6×6) alvázon.
Az Észt Fegyveres Erőkön belül a Caesar tarackok az újonnan alakult 3. tüzérzászlóaljhoz (3. suurtükiväepataljon) vannak beosztva az Észt Hadsereg (1. diviis) alakuló 1. hadosztályában. Észtország korábban 36 darab dél-koreai K9 önjáró tarackot vásárolt (ebből 24-et már át is vettek), amelyek az 1. és 2. gyalogdandár (1. ja 2. jalaväebrigaad) tüzérzászlóaljait (suurtükiväepataljonid) alkotják. Az új zászlóalj első ütegének Caesar tarackjainak első kiképző lövészeteire 2025 júliusában került sor.
2025. július 24-én az észt kormány jóváhagyta a megalakulóban lévő 1. hadosztály 3. tüzérségi osztályának tüzérezreddé (suurtükiväerügement) való bővítésére vonatkozó terveket. A lépés a 2026–2029-es négyéves védelmi fejlesztési terv része, amelyet a Védelmi Minisztérium július 30-án hagyott jóvá. A végrehajtásra több mint 10 milliárd eurót [4.000 mrd HUF] (244 milliárd cseh koronát) különítenek el.
