"So where does so much money come from and especially why is there such a big discrepancy between the government programs of the two governments, at a distance of only 11 calendar months? Do we understand that the programs mentioned in the first government will no longer be a priority for the new executive?

I don't want to be misunderstood, all the programs mentioned by both governments are extremely necessary and if we add the two F 16 squadrons (which are obviously not mentioned anywhere) we get some very large amounts, higher than the possibility the Ministry of National Defense budget to support them.

We know very well the situation of the defense budget, regarding the two officially allocated percentages, the entire amount has rarely been spent, on the other hand of the 2%, the Ministry of Defense has de facto a maximum percentage of only 1.6%, the rest being military pensions, hence Romania's commitment to join NATO to allocate 2.47% of GDP annually for defense, somewhere at 0.47% of GDP for military pensions (which are not special pensions) and the remaining 2% to return effectively as a budget for expenses.

To discuss how the priorities of the Ministry of National Defense have changed in just 11 months, hence the optimism of the current government regarding the possibility of supporting the programs already underway and the start of new and very expensive ones…

HIMARS, IAR 99, SPIKE ER, Iveco are already signed and ongoing programs, so they need to be funded further, so we can understand that in fact their memory in the governing program of the government of Florin Catu was more dust in the eyes, The Ministry of National Defense intends to continue in fact some programs already in progress. That is, even more clearly, Florin Catu does not seem to be eager to start new endowment programs.

A jó fene tudja.Eredetileg 8k órára tervezték az F16élettartamát,azt az MLU program kitolta.LM reklámja szerint meg még ezeket a korai sorozatú gépeket is fel lehet és érdemes (?????) hozni V szintre.Háááát........Meg persze az sem mindegy,milyen volt az üzemeltetés szinvonala,milyen volt a tényleges igénybevétel a repülések közben,mekkora terhelés érte a gépeket.

Az F-16MLU-nak mennyi az élettartama, 12.000 óra?

Ezt már én is kérdeztem itt a fórumon, de nem kaptam választ. Ahol láttam ott mindenhol a Block 30 -tól írták a 12 000 órát. Az már C/D változat.

A jó fene tudja.Eredetileg 8k órára tervezték az F16élettartamát,azt az MLU program kitolta.LM reklámja szerint meg még ezeket a korai sorozatú gépeket is fel lehet és érdemes (?????) hozni V szintre.Háááát........Meg persze az sem mindegy,milyen volt az üzemeltetés szinvonala,milyen volt a tényleges igénybevétel a repülések közben,mekkora terhelés érte a gépeket.

Nem ez a lényeg. Ha megveszik, akkor azt jelenti, hogy még van bennük minimum 10 év. Namármost, ha 2030-ra megkapják a 24 db f-35-ös gépet, akkor lesz kb. 56 db aránylag korszerű harci gépjük, plusz az F-35-ös gépek, azaz 80 gép. Nekünk meg jó esetben lesz 26 db Gripenünk.
Érződik a különbség, nem?

49 db F-16 - esetleg mind M6.XX konfgra korszerűsítve - az sok...
Sok múlik persze azon hogy a Románok mennyit fognak költeni / tudnak költeni fegyverzetre, repült órákra.

Mindenesetre ha a Románokat ellensúlyozni akarjuk (nem meghaladni, csak kiegyenlíteni a hátrányt!!) akkor a mi meglévő 14 Gripenünk mellé mindenképp kel még:

• minimum 25-30 további C/D;
• Meteor, Iris-T (HMCS), PGM A-G fegyverzet (SDB, Spear, JDAM, stb..) - bőséges készlet mindgyikből;
• MAWS, a legkorszerűbb EW csomag;
• Mk.5 AESA radar;
• AEW és SIGINT képesség
• pilótáknak évi +200 óra repülés és sok hadgyakorlat

ez így kb $3 millárdos csomag....

Es ha vesznek meg tovabbi 30-at 300-ert?

Egyik EW rendszer sem ér túl sokat ha nincs mögötte egy korszerű EW labor és SIGINT kapacitás.
Minden EW rendszer "threat library" je rendszeres frissítésre szorul és nem tartom valószínűnek hogy a Norvégok továbbra is adnának supportot ilyen kényes témában a Románoknak.
Jelzés értékű lesz ha a Románok vesznek SIGINT gépeket.

A SLEP programor a C/D verzióra rendelte meg az USA. Kérdés hogy az A/B verzióra meg lehet rendelni, vagy sem. Ők a Mig21-et is tovább üzemeltették, mint a megengedett maximális óraszám.
