Szerintem az ukránok igazán megpróbálták széttelepíteni, amit lehetett. Egy szint alá meg már nem lehet menni, egész egyszerűen muszáj felhalmozni készleteket és a vezetőséget se lehet naponta más házba költöztetni. Az ő legfőbb sebezhetőségük egyrészt Kijev közelsége a belarusz határhoz, másrészt az, hogy khm hadianyaggal, harci eszközökkel talán három hónapig húzták volna, ha nem kapnak azóta is mindent külföldről.

Mondhattad volna azt is, hogy aki nem tud saját erejéből védekezni egy Kinzsal ellen, az miért háborúzik

Kinzsal harci része akkora,mint egy Mk83 bomba.Mi a fenét vártok ekkora rombolóerőtől?Ha egy ország/hadsereg összeomlik egy Mk83 bombányi rombolóerőtöl,az az ország/hadsereg már rég össze volt omolva,a robbanás csak a leplet fúlyta el,ami ezt takarta.

Nem egyezik a véleményünk.Ennyi.
Szárazföldi viszonylatban én nem tartom a Kinzsalt különösebben csata vagy háborúdöntő fegyvernek.Ha nem lenne,a háború úgyanúgy folytatódna tovább,és hogy van,akkor is ugyanúgy folytatódik tovább.
Partvédelmi viszonylatban sokkal fontosabb eszköz.Egy hordozó harcértékét pillanatok alatt gallyra lehet vele vágni (már ha túléli egyáltalán a hordozó a támadást,és nem megy át fenéklakó üzemmódba).Ott hadműveleti szinten is igencsak releváns fegyver.Talán nem véletlen,hogy az oroszok is eleinte ezt a szerepkört propagálták.

Ezek a brijanszki lelövések a dátum alapján. Én úgy olvastam, a PAC2 tud 100km-nél távolabbi célt leküzdeni (a PAC3 hatótávja kisebb), így ha ezeket a gépeket tényleg Patriotok szedték le, akkor kényelmetlenül közel kellett volna az indítókat telepíteni az orosz határhoz. Szerintem csak megkérte a Raytheon, hogy fújják rá a sziluetteket, mert az menő.

WASHINGTON, September 20, 2023 -

The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Kuwait of Repair and Recertification of Patriot Advanced Capability-3 Missiles and support for an estimated cost of $150 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

The Government of Kuwait has requested the replacement of expiring limited life components and certifications testing in order to support an operational life of thirty (30) years for Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missiles. Included in this potential sale are: test and repair of PAC-3 missiles; stockpile reliability testing and field returns; repair and return of classified and unclassified PAC-3 missile items and ground support equipment (GSE) component level parts; replenishment of classified and unclassified missile spares, GSE spares, and seeker spares; tools to improve the turnaround time of the repair and recertification efforts; air transportation services for missile processing; U.S. Government and contractor technical and logistics support; training devices; organizational equipment; support equipment; test equipment; technical data and publications; personnel training and training equipment; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The estimated total cost is $150 million.

This proposed sale will support the foreign policy and national security objectives of the United States by helping to improve the infrastructure of a Major Non-NATO ally that has been an important force for political stability and economic progress in the Middle East.

This proposed sale will improve Kuwait’s capability to sustain their missile density and ensure readiness for air operations. Kuwait will use this capability as a deterrent to regional threats and to strengthen homeland defense. Kuwait will have no difficulty absorbing this infrastructure, support, and associated services into its armed forces.

The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.

The principal contractor will be the Lockheed Martin Corporation, Camden, Arkansas. There are no known offset agreements proposed in connection with this potential sale.

Implementation of this proposed sale will not require the assignment of any additional U.S. Government or contractor representatives to Kuwait.

There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

This notice of a potential sale is required by law. The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded.

The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Government of Spain of PATRIOT Configuration-3+ Modernized Fire Units and related equipment for an estimated cost of $2.8 billion. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

The Government of Spain has requested to buy four (4) PATRIOT Configuration-3+ Modernized Fire Units consisting of: fifty-one (51) PATRIOT Advanced Capability (PAC) 3 Missile Segment Enhanced (MSE) missiles (includes one (1) Fly-to-Buy missile); twenty-four (24) PATRIOT M903 launch stations; four (4) AN/MPQ-65 radar sets; four (4) AN/MSQ-132 Engagement Control Stations; two (2) Information Coordination Central (ICC); eight (8) Antenna Mast Groups; four (4) Electrical Power Plants; and four (4) Energy Power Units. Also included is communications equipment; tools and test equipment; range and test programs; support equipment and services comprising Skids kits, telemetry kits, generators, publications, and technical documentation; training equipment; spare and repair parts; Repair and Return; personnel training; New Equipment Training (NET); Technical Assistance Field Team (TAFT) support; Flight Test Support and Targets; U.S. Government and contractor technical assistance, engineering, and logistics support services; Systems Integration and Checkout (SICO) and Battalion Demonstration; field office support; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The estimated total cost is $2.8 billion.

This proposed sale will support the foreign policy and national security of the United States by improving the security of a NATO ally which is an important force for political stability and economic progress in Europe.

The proposed sale of the PATRIOT missile system will improve Spain’s missile defense capability, increase the defensive capabilities of its military, and support its goal of improving national and territorial defense and interoperability with U.S. and NATO forces. Spain will use the PATRIOT to defend its territorial integrity and for regional stability. Spain will have no difficulty absorbing this equipment into its armed forces.

The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.

The prime contractors will be Raytheon Corporation, Tewksbury, MA, and Lockheed Martin, Dallas, TX.
There are no known offset agreements in connection with this potential sale.

Implementation of this proposed sale will require U.S. Government and contractor representatives to travel to Spain for an extended period for system checkout, training, and technical and logistics support.

There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

The description and dollar value are for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded.
