GDELS launches SATT – Self Adjusting Track Tensioner –, an innovative system that marks a before and after in the mobility of tracked vehicles.
SATT is the perfect solution to improve performance, life cycle cost and operational availability of any tracked vehicle on the market with either conventional steel tracks or composite rubber tracks. It monitors the vehicle's operating parameters such as the type of terrain, speed, and driver behavior in real-time, calculates the optimal tension of the track system, and automatically applies the corrections – all within tenths of a second and even in highly demanding mobility situations.
