The fully-stabilized, state-of-the-art remote-controlled turret with cutting-edge optical and optronic visibility allows the entire crew 360° all-round observation, detection and identification of long range targets. The stabilised 30 mm machine cannon is able to accurately engage moving targets, even when driving. For the first time it is possibile to fight aerial drones and drone swarms on the move while they are being detected, identified and tracked.
Two different types of ammunition types in the turret enable a mission-based firefight at the push of a button. With the latest C4I architecture, the BOXER RCT30 can be fully integrated into the existing battlefield management system and enables updating of all tactical relevant information through all command levels down to the individual soldier with various interface functions for a networked command.
The modular design of the BOXER allows the flexible adaptation to future military tasks or changing requirements thanks to its uniform driving module and a large number of specific, rapidly interchangeable mission modules. In addition to high flexibility and mobility, the BOXER RCT30 provides its crew with exceptional survivability and superiorprotection from mines, IEDs and ballistic threats.
