Az egyik /k-s autista is megkapta a behívóját, "literal state of the AFU" (nem tudom ez hogy jönne át magyar fordításban)
Not sure if it qualifies for this board, but I got drafted to the Ukrainian army, and not particularly willingly. I'm a nerd with a complicated form of astigmatism and generally shitty health, but I usually avoid our healthcare system, and during the medical examination they only cared about official papers none of which I had.
So the long story short, I'm ordered to show up on a specific date (pretty soon) and get transferred to one of the training centres. What exactly should and shouldn't I take with me there? Hygiene stuff, obviously. Warm gloves, thermal underwear, good boots in case the issued ones don't fit. Lots of t-shirts. Metallic bowl and cup? Basic medicine for stomach, against flu, light painkillers. Powerbank, kindle. A cheap thingy for boiling water in a cup. Tactical scarf, tracking socks, lots of boxers. A tactical knife?
Tell me what I forgot and keep in mind that I hope to return home after the training since I'm a useless introverted nerd with no value. Also I've read some stories that the stuff you take there sometimes gets confiscated or stolen either by the command or by your comrades in the barracks. Not that I have anything expensive, I just don't want to be bullied for a month.
inb4 dodge. A bit too late for that, if I don't show up there's a criminal charge awaiting me, 3-5 years in jail. They'd probably give me probation, but it's still a criminal record and a hefty fine. And who knows how they'd fuck me after the war is over.
mivel /k-n lett posztolva...
