first-response forditasban. Egy ICU unitot rendeltek hozza, ami logikusan nem belfoldi hasznalatra van tervezve (helikopteres szolgalat sokkal gyorsabb es helybe megy), hanem vilagvegi helyszinre, ahonnan orakig jonne haza. Ha addig amputalni kell, akkor amputalni fognak, ha ugy marad eletben.
