Bár olyan diagramokat is használt, amit én nem. Meg, ha olvasta volna, akkor olyan alapvető dolgokat nem hagy ki, hogy:

• nincs 360 fokos felderítési zóna
• csak egy radarja van és nem 2+1, mint Sz-300-nál (+1 = Big Bird)
• nem függőlegesen indul, mint Sz-300 és ennek miértje,
• hot vs cold launch
• CRI és MSE rakéta totálisan kiamradt
• TVM vezérlés vs SAGG-ról sem esett szó
• az eng. folyamatot nagyon lágyra vette, szó sem volt arról, hogy full manual módja kvázi nincs stb.

The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States (TECRO) of equipment and services to support participation in the Patriot International Engineering Services Program (IESP) and Field Surveillance Program (FSP) for five years, including engineering services support, designed to sustain, maintain, and improve the Patriot Air Defense System for an estimated cost of $100 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

TECRO has requested to buy equipment and services to support participation in the Patriot International Engineering Services Program (IESP) and Field Surveillance Program (FSP) for five years, including engineering services support, designed to sustain, maintain, and improve the Patriot Air Defense System within the performance envelope described in the system specification through the investigation and resolution of identified problems; missile field surveillance support for legacy (Guidance Enhanced Missile (GEM)) and Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) missiles, designed to ensure the reliability and performance of the Patriot missile through storage and aging programs, surveillance firing programs, and configuration management; legacy and PAC-3 missile stockpile reliability testing, to provide quantitative reliability assessments of the deployed missile round; U.S. Government and contractor technical and logistics support, and other related elements of program support. Participation in the shared IESP and FSP for the life of the Patriot system is a requirement of the U.S. Government. The total estimated program cost is $100.0 million.

This proposed sale is consistent with U.S. law and policy as expressed in Public Law 96-8.

This proposed sale serves U.S. national, economic, and security interests by supporting the recipient’s continuing efforts to modernize its armed forces and to maintain a credible defensive capability. The proposed sale will help improve the security of the recipient and assist in maintaining political stability, military balance, economic and progress in the region.

The proposed sale will help to sustain the recipient’s missile density and ensure readiness for air operations. The recipient will use this capability as a deterrent to regional threats and to strengthen homeland defense. The recipient will have no difficulty absorbing this equipment and services into its armed forces.

The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.

The prime contractors will be Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA; and Lockheed Martin in Camden, AK. There are no known offset agreements proposed in connection with this potential sale.

Implementation of this proposed sale will not require the permanent assignment of any additional U.S. Government or contractor representatives to recipient. Support teams will travel to recipient on a temporary basis.

There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

This notice of a potential sale is required by law. The description and dollar value is for the highest estimated quantity and dollar value based on initial requirements. Actual dollar value will be lower depending on final requirements, budget authority, and signed sales agreement(s), if and when concluded.

A The Washington Post értesülései szerint az Egyesült Államok által előző nap jóváhagyott 40 milliárd dolláros segélycsomag előírja a modern amerikai Patriot légvédelmi rendszerek Ukrajnába való átadását.

Ez áll a kiadványban, írja az "European Truth" .

"A csütörtökön 86 igen szavazattal, 11 ellenében jóváhagyott törvényjavaslat 20 milliárd dollár teljes katonai segélyt irányoz elő, amely várhatóan a fejlett fegyverrendszerek, például a SAM Patriot és a nagy hatótávolságú tüzérség átadását finanszírozza" - áll a közleményben.

A lap azt is megjegyzi, hogy a törvényjavaslat több mint 8 milliárd dolláros általános gazdasági támogatást is tartalmaz Ukrajnának, közel 5 milliárd dollár globális élelmiszersegélyt a potenciális élelmiszerhiány kezelésére, és több mint 1 milliárd dollár összesített menekülttámogatást.

Ukrajna az invázió óta többször is kérte az Egyesült Államokat, hogy biztosítson Patriot-rendszereket, és 2022. február 24-e után ez a kérés lett az egyik fő kérés (a repülőgépekkel és a tankokkal együtt), de eddig nem teljesítették.

A hármas tudja indíttatni a ESSM alapú AMRAAM-ER-t, a kettes nem! 2019 óta a hármas van gyártásban - nem is lehet kettest rendelni a Kongsbergtől, max. használtan.

Ha gyorsan akarnak légvédelmi rendszer a küldeni Ukrajnába, akkor a norvégok egy régebbi használt rendszerét kellene lepasszolni, olyan rakétákkal, amik nem nagyon gáz ha az oroszoknál kötnek ki. Pl. AMRAAM C-5 vagy régebbi.
Patriorot azért nem küldenek szerintem, mert a PAC-3 túl modern, régebbi PAC-2 meg már nem sok lehet raktáron.

Miért ne lehetne sok PAC-2 raktáron?.Simán küldhetnek régebbi verziót amiknek lassan lejár a "szavatossága"ellövöldözni az Ukránoknak!Ha meg a szándék megvan küldik a PAC-3-at!

The Government of the Netherlands has requested to buy ninety-six (96) PATRIOT MIM-104E Guidance Enhanced Missile-Tactical (GEM-T) ballistic missiles. Also included are tools and test equipment; range and test programs; support equipment to include associated publications and technical documentation; training equipment; spare and repair parts; new equipment training; transportation; Quality Assurance Team support; U.S. Government and contractor technical assistance, engineering, and logistics support services; Systems Integration and Checkout (SICO); field office support; International Engineering Services Program Field Surveillance Program; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The estimated total cost is $1.219 billion.

This proposed sale will support the foreign policy and national security objectives of the United States by helping to improve the security of a NATO ally that is an important force for political stability and economic progress in Europe.

The proposed sale will improve the Netherlands’ capability to meet current and future threats. The proposed sale will increase the defensive capabilities of the Netherlands’ military and supports its goal of improving national and territorial defense as well as interoperability with U.S. and NATO forces. The Netherlands will have no difficulty absorbing this equipment into its armed forces.

The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.

The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale today.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has requested to buy three hundred (300) PATRIOT MIM-104E Guidance Enhanced Missile-Tactical Ballistic missiles (GEM-T).

Also included are tools and test equipment; range and test programs; support equipment to include associated publications and technical documentation; training equipment; spare and repair parts; New Equipment Training; Transportation; Quality Assurance Team support; U.S. Government and contractor technical assistance; engineering, and logistics support services; Systems Integration and Checkout (SICO); field office support; International Engineering Services Program Field Surveillance Program; and other related elements of logistics and program support. The total estimated cost is $3.05 billion.

This proposed sale will support the foreign policy goals and national security objectives of the United States by improving the security of a partner country that is a force for political stability and economic progress in the Gulf region.

The proposed sale will improve the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s capability to meet current and future threats by replenishing its dwindling stock of PATRIOT GEM-T missiles. These missiles are used to defend the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s borders against persistent Houthi cross-border unmanned aerial system and ballistic missile attacks on civilian sites and critical infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. These attacks threaten the well-being of Saudi, International, and U.S. citizens (approximately 70,000) residing in the Kingdom. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will have no difficulty absorbing these missiles into its armed forces.

The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.

The principal contractor will be Raytheon Corporation, Tewksbury, MA. The purchaser normally requests offsets. Any offset agreement will be defined in negotiations between the purchaser and the contractor.

Implementation of this proposed sale will not require the assignment of any additional U.S. Government or contractor representatives to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.

2022. április 15-én a hutik kamikaze dróncsapással megsemmisítettek egy Patriot légvédelmi rendszert Szaúd-Arábia déli részén. A tényleges műholdképek csak most jelentek meg.

A Patriot pozíció területét Jizan város északi részén támadták meg, koordináták: 16.983676, 42.547947 A csapás következtében legalább egy indító teljesen megsemmisült.
